Racing to Save Lives III
WELCOME TO HENRY"S TEAM IN TRAINING PAGE III
WELCOME BACK FRIENDS AND FAMILY. It's that time of year!! Time to save lives and support families affected by cancer through fundraising with Team in Training!!
Together, over the past two years, we have raised over $10,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I have dedicated the previous years to my mother, my friend's sister, and family friend Justin. This year, I would like to dedicate the race to my cousin, who overcame Hodgkin's Lymphoma several years ago, and who last year, had her first child.
Thanks to the support from groups like this, she was able to get the best care possible. Did you know, 20 years ago, the survival rate for Leukemia was only 20%? Thanks to research and testing, the survival rate has reached almost 85%. Still, more needs to be done. The goal of this society is to cure all blood cancers and in turn find a cure for all cancer. Our help will make a difference.
Please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance the Society's mission.
I hope you'll visit my web site often. Be sure to check back frequently to see my progress. Thanks for your support!
