I am training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. I will be walking 26.2 miles in the Nike Women's Maraton, on Oct 21, 2007. 75 cents of every dollar you donate goes straight to research. RESEARCH IS CRITICAL TO WINNING THE FIGHT AGAINST CANCER! THE GOVERNMENT JUST CUT FUNDS FOR CANCER RESEARCH! I'm completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling CANCER. The kids I see everyday at Sloan Kettering Memorial Hospital, are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - finding a cure!
