Racing to Save Lives
Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I am training to participate in the Free Press Marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. All of us participating in Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I'm completing this marathon in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. Especially, 5 year old Catie Maurer, Catie lives in Lake Orion Michigan and was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocyctic Leukemia and Lymphoma of the B cell. She has been very brave through all of her difficult treatment procedures and is currently in remission. Her smile and can do spirit keep me motivated when the miles get long. Catie is the real hero on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
