Leigh's Latest Adventure with Team in Training
One Mile At a Time...I DID IT!
With your help and support I was able to take on a new adventure and train to participate in the Frederick Marathon on May 4th as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training.
All of us on Team In Training are still raising money to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I COMPLETED this event in honor of three people: my Grandfather who lost his battle to cancer and my friends Tyler (7) and Mark who are currently fighting theirs. Nevertheless, as I walked/ran each step I knew that one day no one will lose a loved one to any form of cancer.
So I ask you now to please make a donation to help me reach my financial goal, support the Team In Training mission and help advance the Society's goal to end blood cancers.
