Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
My wife, Emily and I are both training to participate in a full marathon (26.2 miles) as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training . We will be running in the Walt Disney World Marathon in Orlando, Florida on January 13, 2008.
In exchange for the training and travel arrangments provided by the Society for the marathon I have committed to raising $3,500 by December 10, 2007, with the first $875 by October 29, 2007.
I'm completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers and especially for my friend and colleague Jonathan Winer who was diagnosed with leukemia in July 2007.
In addition, Emily could use your fundraising help (we each have to raise $3,500!). Her site can be found here. Any amount that you can donate (tax deductible!) to both of us is extremely appreciated. It would be better to split your donation between us rather than giving to me outright.
