Racing to Save Lives

Jerry finishing the Indianapolis Mini Marathon in May. Soon to finish the Walt Disney World Marathon in January.

Welcome to my Team In Training home page.

I am training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. I'll be running in the Walt Disney World Marathon. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I'm completing this marathon in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

Please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance the Society's mission.

I hope you'll visit my web site often. Be sure to check back frequently to see my progress. Thanks for your support!

And don't forget to send me an e-mail, buddjl@purdue.edu, let me know how you are doing. Even a short hello would be great, I'd love to keep in contact with you.

If you would like to donate by check, please make it out to "The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society" and mail it to:

If your donation is in a currency other than US dollar, the easiest way to donate is here, online. Otherwise, either the check needs to be in US dollar or a check will need to be made out to me and I will exchange it for US currency and send in the donation.

Please send me the names of anyone you know of that these donations may benefit. I would like to make a shirt with all of these names on it to help keep me inspired to finish the race. Thanks again!
