Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I am so excited to share that I am training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. I will be running 13.1 miles in early May through the amazing Redwoods in a race called "Avenue of the Giants"! The real motivation that's driving me is to raise funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I'm completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. Unfortunately, not all battling this disease are survivors. As a way to honor such individuals, I am running this race in their honor; namely, my grandpa, Keith Hallman, who was an amazing man. His compassion and giving nature has rubbed off, and I am honored to work hard to help raise money for such a worthy cause!
