Racing to Save Lives

I hurt my knee during my first marathon in Arizona, but I still crossed the finish line. I'm crazy enough to try it again in June!

I am training to participate in the Rock ‘N Roll San Diego marathon on June 1, 2008 as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. Besides setting the goal of finishing my second marathon this year, I’ve also committed to helping stop leukemia, lymphoma, and other kinds of cancer from taking more lives. I'm completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling this devastating disease. They are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
