Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
For those of you who know (and for many who don't), I am training to run a marathon (yes, I did say marathon and no, that is not a typo). Who knew at the beginning of this year that I would be participating in such an event?
I am currently training to participate in the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon in San Diego on June 3rd as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I'm completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
Each member is asked to raise a minimum of $2400 so please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance the Society's mission. I ask each one of you to make a minimum contribution of $26.20 ($1 per mile).
