Welcome to my Team In Training home page.

Thank you for visiting my Team In Training page. The Ryan Family is excited to be a part of such an amazing organization. We have committed to running the inaugural Georgia ING Marathon in March in an effort to raise awareness and funds to help in the fight against Leukemia and Lymphoma.

It was tough watching my older brother suffer through chemo therapy the first time he fought Hogdkins, only one year after he and his wife were married. Now here we are 13 years later facing the same diagnosis. We're thankful for all the new procedures and medicines now available because of the work of the Leukemia and Lymphoma society.

I am training with my siblings and parents in honor of Tommy, and all of the other individuals who are battling blood cancers. The idea of training through the winter is put into perspective by a phrase that seems to be repeated often around the Team In Training group, “If you think running a marathon is hard, try chemotherapy”. Tommy and all of the others battling cancer are the real heros on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
