Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I am training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. In June, I finished the San Diego Half Marathon in memory of Dan's Grandmother. With your help, Dan and I raised $9,000! This time, I am walking in honor of Noelle Naylor, age 3. Noelle underwent 2 stem cell transplants. Unfortunately, she recently relapsed. We need a miracle NOW! I want to do my part to help. My goals for this season are to 1) complete the Walt Disney World Half Marathon on January 13th, 2008 and 2) raise another $3,000 for the society. Blood cancers affect so many people and families, and we wanted to do something to help. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
