Mark is running the 2006 Flying Pig Marathon for Team In Training, and his friend Pete. Pete was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and has just begun treatment. Pete is the taller, better-looking guy on the left.

Welcome to my Team In Training home page.

I am training to participate in a marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. Yes, I've run marathons before...this one is different. I'm not running this one for myself; I'm running for the Team in Training to raise funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I'm completing this marathon in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers, including my friend Pete who was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Pete is now undergoing treatment as I'm training for the marathon. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
