Swuz Cali-to-Zona 2011 Memorial Ride

Honoring Pat, my brothers & all veterans!

Welcome to the official donation page for my first memorial bicycle ride of 400 miles to benefit the Pat Tillman Foundation. I am very honored to be a part of Pat's legacy and to have my name riding shotgun with the man, the myth, the legend that is Pat Tillman. All the money donated on this page goes directly to the PTF and all donations are tax deductible.

I have recently finished riding my bike from San Diego, CA to Phoenix, AZ to raise awareness and money for Pat's foundation. My journey began on Sunday, December 11th, next to the USS Midway in the bay of San Diego. I rode approximately 65 miles per day, ending at the University of Phoenix Stadium just before kickoff of the Arizona Cardinals against the Cleveland Browns on December 18th. It was an incredible journey and I am very proud of my ride. I had to navigate freezing rain, mountain terrain, strong winds, and endless deserts, but in the end, I achieved my goal.

We owe it to our incredibly brave and selfless veterans to help them when they come back from serving our great country. Think about it: you rise and sleep under the freedoms that they protect....

Family and friends created the Pat Tillman Foundation in 2004, following Pat's death while serving with the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment in Afghanistan. Created to honor Pat's legacy by inspiring others to create their own:
The mission of the Pat Tillman Foundation is to invest in veterans and military families through education and community.
With the efforts of Team Tillman members and the generous support of individuals, corporations and organizations throughout the country, the Pat Tillman Foundation strives to increase the amount of funds awarded nationally each year to Tillman Military Scholars to $3.6 million, to represent the NFL contract Pat walked away from when he enlisted in the U.S. Army.
