My name is Zaira Juarez and I have joined the Disneyland 1/2 Marathon to benefit Team Special Olympics. Donating any amount will help support my race to their success. As an athlete I know having a special program brings opportunities that will be greatly benefited and make a difference to someone in the way they live. I am happy to be a part of someones happiness.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I will be participating in the Disneyland 1/2 Marathon on TEAM SOSC to benefit Special Olympics athletes on September 6, 2009. About Special Olympics
The mission of Special Olympics Southern California is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
