My name is Colleen Tierney, and I live in Brooklyn, New York with my husband Bill and children Tierney (7) and Jack (5).

Last year, I was a part of Team McGraw; unfortunately, I injured myself three weeks before the marathon and was unable to run. I did, however, meet an amazing group of people all running for the same cause – and I am happy to be joining them again this year.

I run in memory of Jeff Waters, who lost his fight with a glioblastoma multiforme 3 weeks after last year’s marathon. Jeff’s sister Beth inspired me to run last year, and I look forward to crossing the finish line this year. I also run for Adrienne Renzetti, recently diagnosed with a brain tumor.

I feel blessed to have my family, my life and my health. Please join me in helping raise vital funds for the Tug McGraw Foundation.
