I am a second year medical student at Rush. Chicago 2008 will be my third marathon, my second in Chicago, and my first time running with Team McGraw.

I really enjoy the intensity of marathon training; it gives me something else to focus on and time to clear my mind. I am really looking forward to running with Team McGraw and running on behalf of those affected by brain cancer. It is really fulfilling running for such an worthy cause, and it is a great opportunity to raise awareness.

When I am not running and studying, I enjoy cooking. I love art, learning languages, and literature. I don’t really have any specialty dishes because I am always looking to try something new. So many foods and novels, so little time.

I am also a really big Sox and Michigan Wolverines fan; Go Blue!
