| I wasn’t planning on running the Chicago marathon this fall…until I met Jenny McDevitt. Other than my grandmother, I’ve not met someone who has responded to cancer with such courage and hope.
Jenny was diagnosed with brain cancer five years ago, and now she runs marathons to raise money for the Tug McGraw Foundation so that those who have the same affliction will be comforted by better medical care and research (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). It is an honor to join her in her efforts to raise money for the Tug McGraw Foundation by running with Jenny on Team McGraw October 12 in the Bank of America Chicago Marathon.
The Tug McGraw Foundation seeks to raise awareness and improve the quality of life for those patients and caregivers confronted with brain tumors. As a part of Team McGraw, I am raising funds to support research in this effort.
Will you help me reach my goal of $2,500?
Thank you so much for your support as I tie on my running shoes and take to the streets on behalf of the Tug McGraw Foundation. I appreciate your donation. Your prayers for Jenny, the Tug McGraw Foundation, Team McGraw, and those suffering from brain cancer would be appreciated. If you can make it, it would be great to see you on race day in Chicago!
Rock on (Mtw. 7:24),
