CLC prepares children for the marathon called "life" using a unique approach called Conductive Education.
The Conductive Learning Center (CLC) works with children, from birth to age 26, who are affected by motor disabilities such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, traumatic brain injury & other genetic disorders.
These children are often severely limited in their ability to perform basic, everyday activities such as sitting, standing, walking, eating, toileting & getting dressed. CLC employs a dynamic, integrated learning system, called Conductive Education, to help the children gain control over their movements & acquire the skills necessary to accomplish the tasks of daily living.
CLC is the leader in Conductive Education & the only program in North America that is certified by the International Peto Institute in Budapest, Hungary where Conductive Education was developed in 1945.
