| As some of you may know, I am running my first marathon on October 10th. The nerves have already set in and I've got over 3 months to go! I'm pounding the pavement and trying to survive the Florida heat and let me tell you, it's been brutal!
On a more serious note, I'm running on behalf of the Team Bear Pediatric Cancer Foundation and I would love to have your sponsorship support. While I have been blessed with a healthy child, there are many parents who are not so fortunate. The fact that 12,500 U.S. children will be diagnosed with cancer this year is overwhelming. Team Bear steps in and helps these families as their child fights for their life. Over 80% of every dollar goes directly towards Medical Research programs, Information and Support Service Grants, and their Small Miracles Program which provides personalized events, activities, or gifts for children who are suffering with pediatric cancer.
My goal is to raise $2,000 for Team Bear. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation and help me reach my goal.
