Thank you to Team Animal League for their devotion and support in running the 2009 ING New York City Marathon. And thank you to all who donated. You can still donate to help Team Animal League reach its goal and support the dogs, cats, puppies and kittens of North Shore Animal League America.

Team Animal League is a group of highly motivated individuals who care deeply about saving pets’ lives. The team was founded in 2008 by Animal League spokesperson Beth Ostrosky Stern, who had never run more than 6 miles before deciding to “do it for the animals!” Last year’s team exceeded all expectations, collectively raising more than $300,000 to help the pets in our care.
