| Welcome my my fundraising page for Active:Water, a non-profit group whose purpose is to raise awareness and support to provide potable water to areas in need. One such group that they support is the Blood:Water Mission. The Blood:Water Mission (www.bloodwatermission.com) provides clean blood and water to people desperately in need of such services, in Africa.
Team-TAAR (www.team-taar.com)is a Tulsa-based adventure racing teamin the Tulsa area. As a team, we have decided to partner with Active:Water to raise funds and awareness to this great need. We will be raising funds over the next several months culminating in the Berryman Adventure (www.berymanadventure.com)- a 12 hour offroad multi-sport event in Missouri. We hope to raise a total of $1200 and to raise with the team name "Active:Water." Our goal, in the race, is to compete as hard as possible and hopefully obtain a top spot in the placements in order to maximize exposure for this much-needed service. Please help me meet my goal of $600. |

Team Active:Water is a group of individual athletes all over the world who share two passions; being fit and saving lives!
Through vigorous training, competitive participation, and compassionate advocacy, our team members fullfill their dreams of athletic conquests knowing that every drop of sweat from their own personal sacrifice is leading to a richer, fuller life for another. This mission is accomplished through the funding of clean water solutions for communities in developing nations all over the world.
