| Brad Stumph's race to save lives |
|
| On September 26th and 27th, my team Team TAAR (Tulsa Area Adventure Racers) will gather to compete at this year's 12 hour Berryman Adventure Race at Big Spring National Park, Missourri in an effort to raise support to provide a fresh water well to a community in Zambia, Africa. The course will consist of a grueling 20-35 mile bike ride through the Ozark mountains, 7-15 miles of running, trekking, and bushwacking, and up to 15 miles of river paddling. This is our second annual appearance at this premiere adventure race for the midwest and we are proud to represent Active:Water on race day and assist in bringing clean water projects to Zambia, their country of focus for 2009. Please consider helping us in our cause to make a difference by saving the lives of thousands in Zambia. By simply donating to this cause you can do your part in helping us race to save lives one step at a time! |
