Hello everyone! I am running along with my daughter. We are vigorously training for the Rock 'N' Roll Arizona Half Marathon this January and raising money to benefit the American Liver Foundation (ALF). My daughter interned for the ALF this past summer, and they are a great organization that does so much for the community. The ALF is the nation's leading nonprofit organization promoting liver health and disease prevention. ALF provides research, education and advocacy for those affected by liver-related diseases, including hepatitis. In the words of Julia Child as played by Dan Akroyd: "Save the liver!"
