This initiative brings the exchange full circle, bringing Ugandan teachers to the USA to engage in four weeks of team teaching across the country. Experiences and discoveries formed from participation in this unique program are felt both at home and in Uganda - bringing together ideologies of good practice and cultural exchange that impact both in and beyond the classroom.
