Walk Day Updates
Portland walkers will enjoy a 2.5 mile walk from Pioneer Courthouse Square down the streets of Portland to Waterfront Park where we’ll stroll along the west bank of the Willamette River before heading back to the Square where you can enjoy:

Stop by the mission tent while you’re there to record a message to your Oregon Legislators, learn more about the CCFA NW Chapter support programs and get your “walking for” stickers to honor our IBD Heroes.
Take Steps for Crohn’s & Colitis is the nation’s largest event dedicated to finding cures for digestive diseases. More than 1.4 million patients across the country suffer from these painful and unpredictable diseases. Beyond raising money for research, Take Steps brings together the community in a fun and energetic atmosphere.
