in Chicago, Evanston, and Palatine. There are several types of mood disorders
and the government has slashed funding in many behavioral health clinics. However,
services are needed now more than ever.

   Statistics*:
   - Approximately 9.5% of U.S. adults are afflicted with a mood disorder. 45% of
these cases are severe. Women are 50% more likely to experience this condition
during their lifetime. The largest numbers are individuals in the 30 - 44 age group.
   - Every 15 minutes someone in the U.S. dies from suicide.
   - Almost 6 million Americans have bipolar disorder.
