| The Greenbelt SITY (Shining Innovative Talented Youth) Stars are conducting a sponsorship fundraiser to generate additional support for our non-profit organization, and we are hoping that you can help! Donations to the team will help fund uniforms, jumper essentials, such as competitive jump ropes, jumper bags, and travel expenses to our Regional and National Championships. Any donation that you can make to our organization will be greatly appreciated! Our jumpers participate in a 9 month rigorous season that begins in August and ends in June. The Greenbelt SITY Stars perform at various community and sporting events. In addition, the team trains throughout the year to compete at the USA Jump Rope Competition in Florida (this year in Texas). On top of their athletic and academic responsibilities, the team also supports many health fairs, school and community related functions. Please help to support these dedicated student and adult athletes for an exciting 2008-2009 season! |
