| Since 1993, the SOS Outreach, a grassroots charity, has introduced over 12,000 kids to winter sports. We use our passion for the outdoors to serve kids. Each SOS program focuses on 5 core values: Courage, Discipline, Integrity, Wisdom, and Compassion.
People say that we work with "at-risk" kids. SOS is trying to change the image of what it means to be at-risk. We believe that we are "at-risk" if we do not serve others. SOS asks everyone to serve someone, spread the love and pull us all out of the "at-risk" population.
SOS is celebrating our most successful season yet with 130% growth. SOS looks forward to serving the needs of over 3,500 participants at 35 mountain resorts during the 2008/2009 season. Help us to reach our goal of 100% growth for the season as we grow to include skiing. |
