| Thanks to everyone who contributed to the medical fund. With your support, we have seen the recovery of our injured brothers who are now back on their skates again. The Skaters Relief Medical Fund now continues to help other skaters in similar situations. Skaters who have competed at Nationals are eligible for assistance when faced with physical injuries that may keep them from competing. This fund strives to keep our future champions skating and give hope to families that may have a hard time making ends meet, dealing with loss of income or employment and mounting medical expenses.
No we are asking for your help again. If you've been reading the Hyper board, then you know about Darren Kaufman's accident and severe injuries. He has already had several surgeries and is scheduled for more. What little coverage he may have had from the auto insurance wouldn't even cover one of his surgeries.
Thanks to this fund, we will be able to help him too. So, please, keep donating what you can to support skaters in need. Someday this fund may be a blessing for you too. Thanks again for all of your support.
