| My name is Kevin Daniels. I was a volunteer firefighter and former EMT with the South Boston Fire Dept., South Boston, VA. I am still an associate member with the fire dept..
I was responding to a fire call when I wrecked my vehicle and suffered a traumatic brain injury resulting in me being a quadriplegic. I now have limited mobility in my body and limited speech.
I have been researching umbilical cord blood stem cell therapy for about 3 years. I sent all my medical records and MRI to the Steenblock Research Institute in California. After reviewing my records, they have accepted me for stem cell therapy and said I could greatly benefit from the treatment. You can go on line at www.stemcelltherapies.org and check them out if you wish. They do this procedure in Mexico and no embryos are used in the procedure, just umbilical cord blood obtained after the birth of a healthy baby.
Over the past years my expenses have been extremely costly. I am reaching out to others for help with the cost of this treatment and rehab after treatment.
I want this done to greatly improve my quality of life and hopefully I can go back to serving the people in my community. Stem Cell therapy has been done outside the USA for years for various medical reasons with wonderful results. I also want my results to help push stem cell use here in the USA to help others. All donations well be greatly appreciated and must go directly to my fire department for me. If you'd like to verify this you can contact the SBFD (434) 572 4292.
