Run To Win is a partnership of volunteers from Christian churches and ministries committed to outreach and service. RTW provides live Christian music to inspire and encourage runners and spectators. We distribute free Bibles and related materials to any and all on the street and at the Expo. We coordinate free nondenominational Runners’ Chapels near the starting area of the larger events for Christians to come together to worship the Lord, hear an encouraging message, then stretch and warm-up before the run.
RTW gives local church members opportunity to volunteer at sporting events in their communities while promoting partnership between churches and event staff.
In 2005, more than 600 partners served at almost 2 dozen events in five counties in two states. We gave away nearly 5,000 Bibles, New Testaments, and Gospels as well as hundreds of RTW shirts and warm-up suits. We reach more and more people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to the number of volunteer partners who participate and the amount of funds raised. We are in our 12th year as a registered nonprofit ministering to people who need the Lord. We are not asking you to help make it happen; it is happening. We are asking the Lord to bring more people to share in the fun of this important ministry. |
