In memory of two great men
Live with honor, die with dignity

On October 30, 2011, I will be running in United States Marine Corps Marathon.

In memory of two great men:

My wife's father, Gilbert Richardson, US Marine Corps and my dad, Gerald McCourt, US Navy.

Both men served our country in World War II, and served as fathers and role models to their families. In the case of my father, Hospice made it possible for him to die with dignity.

HOW YOU CAN JOIN THE RUN

Throughout the marathon I will be carrying a Scroll of Honor, inscribed with the names of those who have sponsored my run and those individuals that my donors wish to honor.

On the donation page, there is a section labeled "Additional Information" In this section, if you wish, please state the name of someone you'd like to honor with your donation. All of the names given will be inscribed on the Scroll of Honor that I will carry throughout the marathon.

Thank you for your help in honoring our loved ones.

Tom McCourt
