| Dragon Boat Team for Fund a Cure |
|
| This year, many members of the Newtown community were impacted by Pancreatic Cancer through the loss of our dear friend Kevin Edmonds. Kevin taught us to Love Life and embrace each day. In honor of him and others who will fight this disease, we've started a Dragon Boat team that will compete in the Philadelphia Dragon Boat races on October 6, 2012.
Fund a Cure for Pancreatic Cancer partners with the research department from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, by presenting funding each year to support the research done through important clinical trials. You can be a part of that by donating today.
In 2012, Pancreatic cancer will claim more lives than Breast Cancer, has only a 5% two year survival rate. Pancreatic cancer is one of the most deadly, and the most underfunded types of cancer. Every dollar that we raise counts! Private fundraising helps offset this.
We appreciate your support of our Dragon Boat Team, the Edmonds, and Fund a Cure for Pancreatic Cancer!
It's time to Fund a Cure. |

| Thanks for helping us raise awareness of Pancreatic Cancer, advocate for increased federal funding for pancreatic cancer research and donate directly towards life saving clinical research. With your help we will make a difference! |
