| Thank you for supporting Global Connections for Change and the Sustain Foundation's 2nd Annual "Run for a Change" 5k! Your donations will help support amazing programs in our local community and across the world and will specifically pay for:
* School fees, supplies and uniforms for HIV/AIDS orphans in Moshi, Tanzania
* Counseling and outpatient care for HIV positive individuals in Durham, NC
* Educational opportunities for the siblings of the Lost Boys of Sudan who were displaced during the Second Sudanese Civil War
* Health education classes and support groups for Latina women in Carrboro, NC
* The “Sakina Scholars” program that provides health resources and education for secondary school children in Sakina, Tanzania
