| 11th Annual Running of the Horns |

| Running of the Horns is an annual 5K run/walk that takes place on the University of Texas campus. The event, about to enter its 11th year is planned and coordinated by a committee of students. Proceeds from this race will benefit the University of Texas Volunteer & Service Learning Center. This year the year the proceeds of the race will benefit the Volunteer & Service and Learning Center's Project 2009.
In 2006, over 800 students and community members participated in the event as either runners, sponsors, or volunteers and over $2500 was raised to support the Volunteer & Service Learning Center. |
