The Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation's First Annual "Walk Off For Cancer" was a huge success! We had close to 1,000 participants and raised $ 90,000. We would like to thank everyone who volunteered, sponsored, donated and participated to help us make our first event a success. Together we will knock cancer out of the park. We are offering incentives to encourage additional fundraising, these incentives are as follows:
"Homerun" donors are those individuals who contribute an additional donation of $100.
"Homerun" donors will receive One (1) autographed Anthony Rizzo picture.
"Grand Slam" donors are those individuals who contribute an additional donation of $500. "Grand Slam" donors will receive the following: One (1) autographed Anthony Rizzo picture and one (1) autographed baseball.
"Walk Off Homerun" donors are those individuals who contribute an additional donation of $1,000. "Walk Off Homerun" donors will receive the following: One (1) autographed Anthony Rizzo picture, one (1) autographed baseball and one (1) autographed bat.
"MVP" donors are those individuals who contribute an additional donation of $2,500.
"MVP" donors will receive the following: One (1) autographed picture, one (1) autographed baseball, one (1) autographed bat and one (1) autographed jersey.
In addition, the overall top donor will receive all of the above mentioned items and four (4) tickets to a game during the 2013 Chicago Cubs/Miami Marlins series, tickets to include field passes for batting practice!
For Teams:
The top three (3) team Captains will receive an Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation plaque , one (1) autographed Anthony Rizzo picture, baseball, bat and jersey.
The overall Top team will also receive eight (8) tickets to a game during the 2013 Chicago Cubs/Miami Marlins series, tickets to include field passes for batting practice!
