...changing the second of two flat tires on the 2007 ride

This will be my third year riding 140 miles over two days from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware to Baltimore City in support of the good works of Moveable Feast. This year's ride takes place on May 17th and 18th. In the past two years through the generosity of my family, friends, and coworkers we were able to contribute over $4000 to support those in need. This year I’ve increased my goal to $3000. Speaking of co-workers, this year a group of us are banding together to form Team CENTERSTAGE - riding and raising money together for Moveable Feast! Moveable Feast prepares and delivers meals and groceries to individuals and their families - those in need and living with HIV/AIDS and other life-challenging conditions - throughout the Greater Baltimore Area and Maryland's Eastern Shore. Moveable Feast also provides nutritional counseling, transportation, and employment training to people in need in Maryland. 100% of the money raised will go directly to client services since all production costs for the ride are completely covered by corporate sponsors.
