This 2 day, 140 mile bike ride supports Moveable Feast, an organization that delivers nutritious meals to people living in Maryland with HIV/AIDS or breast cancer.
Thank you for your support. It means that as the demand for our services continues to grow, we will have the capacity to feed people who need our help. As Moveable Feast moves into a new and permanent home, we have a real opportunity to serve even more people.
In Baltimore, the number of people living with AIDS is increasing dramatically –
It is the leading cause of death among adults 35-44.
Baltimore is now second in the nation in the reported numbers of people living with AIDS.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women, with one in eight women developing breast cancer in their lifetime.
