Gary Waterhouse, The Ride for Semper Fi

Hello and welcome to my "Ride for Semper Fi" web page. The "Ride for Semper Fi" is a charitable bicycle ride that will take place from October 14th through October 17th. I am seeking your help in a noble cause to raise much needed funds to support the cost of rehabilitation for our returning Marines and Sailors who have suffered life changing injuries whilst heroically protecting our freedom and liberties on a foreign field. And not all of the treatment and expenses are covered by military benefits. Over a challenging four days of cycling covering 400+ miles I will be joining a committed group of 30 cyclists in our venture from Mesa Arizona to the Balboa Navy Medical Center, San Diego, California. Our aim in seeking your donation is to present a check to the Marines Semper Fi Fund which is dedicated to assist those Marines who face long term rehab that places an unbearable financial burden on the families. The goals of the "Ride for Semper Fi" are simple; raise awareness, raise commitment, and raise money. My personal goal is to raise $5000, so I need your help.
