Who we are: The Red Lodge Volunteer Fire Department is an organization comprised of 36 dedicated men and women who devote much of their free time to serving our community. They perform a wide array of duties, including structural and wildland firefighting, respond to a variety of rescue situations, perform fire safety education, maintain the department’s fire apparatus, standby at special events, and perform numerous other tasks necessary to ensure the safety of our community. In addition, they also spend countless hours training on fire and rescue skills. Your local firefighters are your friends, your co-workers, your neighbors. Our members often leave their families and their jobs to answer the call, and often take time off of work to attend the training necessary to keep their skills sharp. They are a diverse group with one common goal, to provide the community of Red Lodge and the surrounding area with a professional, dedicated volunteer fire department that is well-trained, well-equipped and ready when they are needed. Your donations will be used as grant matching leverage funds, as well as training and equipment. Thank you for your support!
