Every child deserves wings. Children born with developmental differences need special care to spread their wings and reach their potential.
RDC for Children develops each child's potential. This includes therapy at home, at daycare, or at our facility. We work with motor, speech, feeding, cognitive, nutritional, behavioral, and sensory differences.
Additionally, we support families in working with their child.
We can do more. We must do more: Our goal is to raise $2,000,000 to build a 10,000 sq. foot facility with an adjacent 3,500 sq. ft. outdoor therapy space which will:
- Provide early childhood intervention (ECI) services to 200 more children birth to age 3 and their families each year.
- Increase the capacity for Rollercoaster Kids with more effective space and programs that help develop communication and social skills for children over age 3.
- Offer individual sensory integration and speech therapy in a well equipped therapy room.
- Establish a network for parents, and provide a location for support group meetings.
- Host continuing education sessions for other organizations who service our population.
Having served the North Texas community of children with developmental differences for nearly 40 years, we've seen many of our children grow into remarkable teens and capable adults.
