YWCA Race against Racism
Running to Support Equality
The YWCA of the University of Illinois is an interracial, not-for-profit organization established in 1884. It is now the oldest, continually-operating student YWCA in the United States.

Strengthened by diversity, the YWCA draws together members who strive to create opportunities for women's growth, leadership, and power in order to attain a common vision: peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all people.

By supporting the YWCA Race against Racism, you are championing inclusivity within the Champaign-Urbana community. Through donations of the Race, the YWCA provides educational programming on diversity issues that further the YW’s mission of 'eliminating racism, empowering women’.

Thank you! Your support and contributions are greatly appreciated.
