| Hi, my name is Evan. I am 7 year old and in the 1st grade. When I was 3 months old I was diagnosed with a genetic disorder called neurofibromatosis. I have spots all over my body, tumors on some of my nerves and a glioma on my left optic nerve. I also have some developmental delays.
My daddy is in the Navy and works with "boat guys". I want to be a "boat guy" when I grow up! My daddy is my hero! He also has NF.
My mommy works at home. She makes yummy food and knits me cool things!
I have a younger sister who is 3. She drives me crazy! But I still love her.
I also have a dog. His name is Buckshot. He is as big as a bear! I like to play with him and give him treats. |
