| The Race of Grace is a 5K road race and walk organized to bring focus to three important areas of need in our community: healthcare, homelessness, and hunger. This year homelessness is the focus of donations to the Race of Grace. Homelessness in a society that has so much is hard to believe. Yet, everyday and estimated 1.2 million children nationwide have no home. Many are right here in the triangle area.
The 2008 Race of Grace will help strengthen three agencies which serve those in our community that are less fortunate. This year proceeds from the events will go to three agencies that help the homeless – Haven House, Safe Space of Franklin County and Wake Interfaith Hospitality Network (WIHN).
