On April 7, 2010 the animal community lost a great man and wonderful veterinarian, Dr. Liubi “Doc” Tosici. A man who dedicated his life to the care of animals and helping people learn the proper care of their pets. To honor him and help raise money for some of the organizations that were near and dear to him we are hosting a fundraiser with a bit of a Romanian flair.
