Pitch In For Baseball (PIFB) is a non-profit organization whose mission since 2005 has been to improve the lives of children around the world through the life skills and self esteem that playing baseball can foster. PIFB is now the central organization for the collection and redistribution of new and gently used youth baseball and softball equipment and is the “Official Equipment Donation Partner” of both Little League Baseball and Softball and Major League Baseball International.
PIFB has provided much needed assistance in over 100 communities within the United States and in more than 45 countries worldwide, some of which face abject poverty and desolation. It is estimated that over 30,000 children spanning the globe have benefited from more than 50,000 pieces of equipment distributed by PIFB since its inception.
