| Colors over the Mediterranean Sea, Don't Swim Here and Caught in the Act are part of an exhibit featuring a wide selection of prints from photographer Andrew Sacks’ personal collection. The show commemorates Lupus Awareness Month in loving memory of his sister Amy.
Sadly, Amy lost her battle with lupus in 1994 at the age of 39. Proceeds from sales will support the mission of the Lupus Foundation of America, Philadelphia Tri-State Chapter.
The show runs from May 8 through June 6, 2009 at Toro Gallery/Huntingdon Valley Frame Shop, 2511 Huntingdon Pike, Huntingdon, PA 19006. Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 am until 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am until 4 pm. Evening hours can be arranged by calling 215-947-3894.
A special Artist's Reception will be held on Sunday, May 31st, 4-6 pm. |
