| Please help Partnership in the 2012 Scenic City Half Marathon, 5K and Charity Challenge. The Partnership is a comprehensive non-profit social services agency offering more than 20 programs in the Chattanooga area. This year the money raised will go to help the victims in our Family Violence Center.
The Partnership’s Family Violence Center provides assistance to women and children who are victims of domestic violence. The mission of the center is breaking the cycle of abuse and violence by providing families and individuals with the tools to move forward after a life altering experience.
The Family Violence Center provides safe and secure shelter to victims of domestic and family violence, sexual assault, chronically homeless women and in the case of an emergency. The trained staff offer counseling to victims, assistance with legal matters, court advocacy and shelter. It is a "one stop shop" for victims of violence. With help from the dedicated staff, victims can be empowered to take the first step with confidence.
