| The Paradise Lions Club started at Paradise Lakes Clothing Optional Resort almost 7 years ago. Our members are a mixture of employees, Paradise members and local citizens. We are proud to be the world's first nudist Lions Club.
Our club has been providing the Tampa Bay Area with help of all kinds. A few examples are helping the blind by supporting blind reading radio stations, Guiding Eyes for the Blind, blind scholarship funds, Blind Children’s Camp, the Florida Eye Center (which provides eye transplants all over Florida), library reading tapes, the Hadley School for the Blind and Blind Children's Toy Fund. In addition to helping the blind we also contribute to many other charities such as Metropolitan Ministries (which feed the poor), Pepin Heart Center, various hearing charities, hurricane disaster victims, Tsunami victims and many private citizens who need help. Our donations average over $10,000 a year.
The Lions are always looking for ways to get donations to fund their objectives.
Paradise Lions are making a difference for people with vision problems, seniors, children and many others who are in need of help.
