| Ocean of Hope 2005 |
|
| The Ocean of Hope (O2H) 2005 campaign is a one day 32 mile paddleboard journey from Catalina Island to Manhattan Beach taking place on August 28th. It is a race dedicated to the men, women and children who are battling sarcoma, a rare and and aggressive cancer. The O2H team raises money on behalf of the Sarcoma Alliance for programs to provide guidance, education and support to those people affected by this dreadful disease.
Find out more about each Team O2H member by clicking on the link above (select fundraiser). Read the story of each paddler and find out WHY they are racing. Is it for a friend, a family member or are they a cancer or sarcoma survivor? And then please donate generously to the paddler of your choice or to the Sarcoma Alliance in general. Your tax-deductible donation is greatly appreciated.
Thanks and see you on the beach! |
